Maggie Dickman returns for her second season on the Saint Joseph's field hockey coaching staff in 2025.
During the 2024 season, Dickman was part of the NFHCA Mid-Atlantic Region Coaching Staff of the Year as she helped guide the Hawks to the NCAA national championship game. Along the way, the Hawks earned their fourth consecutive Atlantic 10 postseason title, the program's highest-ever poll ranking of third in the nation, and the program's first-ever Final Four appearance. Forwards Manu Ghigliotti (First Team) and Lily Santi (Second Team) both earned All-America accolades under her tutelage.
Dickman recently served as a head coach with the PowerHouse Field Hockey club program and is now a director with Prince Elite Field Hockey. In addition to on-the-field coaching, Dickman developed practice plans and clinic sessions while also playing a role in the day-to-day operations of both organizations. Prior to her time in the Philadelphia area, Dickman worked with the International Field Hockey Club of Kentucky.
