Megan Tustin joined the Saint Joseph's Athletics staff as the Director of Facilities and Event Management in the fall of 2025.
Tustin comes to Hawk Hill from nearby Haverford College, where she spent the previous four years as the Director of Athletic Facilities and Game Day Operations. Her responsibilities included the management of each of Haverford's athletics facilities as well as a student staff of more than 100; she also served on multiple campus-wide committees and was the on-site administrator for all Haverford home events.
Prior to her tenure at Haverford, Tustin spent more than five years as the Coordinator of Athletic Facilties and Events at Arcadia. While there, she assisted with the management and oversight of both on- and off-campus facilities, handled scheduling responsibilities for all athletics facilities, and served on a pair of COVID-19 planning committees. She was also a participant in the NCAA Division III Ethnic Minority and Women's Internship grant program from 2017 to 2019.
No stranger to NCAA Championship events, Tustin was a tournament manager for both the 2018 and 2019 NCAA Division III Field Hockey Championships and an NCAA Baseball Regional in 2018. She also served as an assistant at the Middle Atlantic Conference Swimming Championships in 2018 and 2019.
For her efforts, Tustin has been tabbed for multiple honors, including being named a NACDA Emerging Administrator nominee in 2024 and earning an ECAC Award of Appreciation for Institutional Staff in 2019. She also attended the NCAA Student-Athlete Leadership Forum as an administrator in 2024.
Tustin graduated from Cabrini University in 2015; during her time on campus, she was a member of the women's swimming team, serving as its captain for a season. She also worked in various positions across the athletic department while also serving as a game day intern with the Philadelphia Flyers.
