Sarah Douglas is in her second season with the Hawks and her first season as Assistant Director of Operations.

She joined Saint Joseph’s in August 2025 as a Graduate Assistant while pursuing her MBA. In her current role, Douglas assists with the day-to-day operations of the women’s basketball program, including team events, marketing, social media, and other administrative responsibilities.
