Zach Lehrbaum enters his third year as director of ticket sales and operations at Saint Joseph's in 2025-26.
A seasoned sports and entertainment professional with over a decade of experience in ticket sales, group sales, and event operations, Lehrbaum helps lead all ticketing strategies and initiatives for the Hawks’ athletic programs. In this role, he focuses on enhancing fan engagement through theme nights, group experiences, and promotional events that drive attendance and create a dynamic game-day atmosphere. His leadership reflects a commitment to both revenue growth and community building within the collegiate sports landscape.
Before joining Saint Joseph’s, Lehrbaum spent nearly five years with Comcast Spectacor at the Wells Fargo Center, where he worked his way up from Group Sales Account Executive to Senior Account Executive. There, he played a key role in executing large-scale group sales campaigns, developing corporate hospitality programs, and coordinating arena-wide events for major concerts, sporting events, and live entertainment. His success was driven by his ability to build strong client relationships and his strategic use of ticketing platforms and sales data to maximize outcomes.
Lehrbaum began his career with a variety of roles across the Philadelphia sports scene, including stints with the Philadelphia Flyers, Phillies, and Temple University Athletics. He also gained valuable experience in event management and business development through positions with Philadelphia Sports Leagues and Initiatives Events. A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a degree in Sport Management, Lehrbaum has built his career through a mix of creativity, customer-first thinking, and a deep passion for the sports industry.
