One of the most versatile long distance runners in school history... Was the Hawks' top distance threat in the late 1980s... A two-time team captain, still holds school records in the indoor and outdoor 5,000 and 10,000 meters... As a junior, earned All-East honors in the indoor 1,000 meters, outdoor 5,000 meters and distance medley relay... Went undefeated in cross country dual meets... Finished fifth at the Big 5 Championships as a junior and third as a senior... Native of Bristol, Pa. and graduate of Bristol High School.
