Melissa Hieber, a 2002 graduate of Saint Joseph's, joins the women's lacrosse staff for her second season this spring. A three-year starter at defense and captain her senior year, Hieber earned team MVP honors in 2000 and the Loyalty Award in 2002. She is a 1998 graduate of Camden Catholic High School and currently resides in Philadelphia.
