Miceli, Yoder Named to IWLCA Senior All-Star Team

NORTHBOROUGH, MASS. - The IWLCA has announced the rosters for the 2025 Senior All-Star games, Bella Miceli and Maddie Yoder selected to represent Saint Joseph's.
 
The players selected in each Division have been divided into two teams: Blue and White. The Senior All-Star games will be held on Tierney Field at USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Md. on Saturday, May 31, 2025. The Division II team will play the first game at 10:00 am ET, the Division III game will follow at 12:30 pm, and the Division I teams will cap off the event with their game at 3:00 pm. Admission for all three games is free of charge. The Senior All-Star games will NOT be streamed.
 
Miceli capped off her season with IWLCA Mid-Atlantic Second Team All-Region honors after finishing out a stellar career on Hawk Hill. The defender was also named Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year, leading the Hawks with 31 caused turnovers and 36 ground balls. Miceli also became just the second player in program history to reach 100 draw controls in a single-season for St. Joe's while adding a pair of goals on the year.
 
Yoder led the Hawks with a team-high 56 goals on the year, becoming just the sixth player in program history to score at least 50 goals in a single season. The Oreland, Pa. native finished second in program history with 162 carer goals, capping off a career that saw her end eighth all-time in points scored. Yoder added 86 draw controls on the season, combining with Miceli for the most draws won by a SJU duo in program history with 189 between the two.
 
Under the leader ship of the duo, the Hawks won 10 or more games in all four seasons while making the only NCAA Tournament appearance in program history in 2022 after being crowned Atlantic 10 champions. The Hawks' second-place seed in the A-10 Tournament tied for the highest in program history, reaching the championship game for the second time in Miceli and Yoder's four-year career.
