PHILADELPHIA - Saint Joseph's (8-5) allowed Drexel (8-7) to convert a penalty corner just 5:36 into the second half for the game's lone goal as the Dragons slipped passed the Hawks in field hockey action on Finnesey Field, 1-0.

Drexel senior Rachel Bloemker took a pass from teammate Sarah Gostomski to the left of the goal and pounded it into the cage for the only score of the contest.

An evenly played match the teams were even attempting eight shots apiece. The Dragons had a slim 5-4 advantage on penalty corners.

DU goaltender freshman Colleen McAndrew made four saves to post the shutout. SJU sophomomre Rebecca Cunfer registered three stops.
