WILLIAMSBURG, VA - The Saint Joseph's golf team is in third place in the field of 12 at the Joe Agee Invitational after posting an opening-round 288 at the Two Rivers Country Club (par-72).

Coming off the Cornell Invitational title last weekend, Saint Joseph's posted an even-par 288, and trails tournament-leader George Washington by three strokes, and second-place Old Dominion bye one shot.

Individually, senior Billy Stewart and sophomore Colin Corrigan each shot one-under-par 71 to earn a tie for fifth individually. Junior Phil Arouca is tied for 11th, one stroke behind at 72 and junior Ryan McCarty finished at two-over-par 74. Senior Sean Seese rounded out the five-man squad with a 75.
