PHILADELPHIA - The Saint Joseph's men's soccer team fell to George Washington, 4-0, in the Hawks final game of the season on Sunday afternoon at Finnesey Field. SJU celebrated "Senior Day" honoring its seven graduating seniors - Colin Baker, Giacomo DiLisi, Greg Dusing, Alex Garst, Rocco Pozzessere, Kevin Rhoades, and D.J. Salmon.

The Saint Joseph's men's soccer team ended its season with a 4-0 loss to George Washington on Sunday. Before the game, SJU honored its seven graduating seniors. After the game, head coach Don D'Ambra reflected on the contributions of the seniors to his first year at the helm of the Hawks. The video will load after a brief advertisement.

George Washington's Seth Rudolph gave the Colonials an early 2-0 lead with a goal 7:15 into the match and again nearly five minutes later. At the 25:44 mark, GW's Marcus Ranney cushioned the Colonials lead with a third goal for a 3-0 George Washington advantage at the break.

The Hawks came back attacking in the second half, firing 11 shots to George Washington's six, but couldn't find the back of the net. With under five minutes to play, Rudolph scored his third goal of the game on a breakaway assisted by teammate Aldin Dervisevic.

Colonials goalkeeper Erik Haug made seven saves on the afternoon.
