Alex DiBiasi is in his fourth year assisting with the SJU men's rowing program and will serve this season as assistant freshman coach.
A 2007 graduate of SJU, DiBiasi was a three-time member of the Varsity 8 and served as the team captain during the 2006-07 season. In 2005 and 2006, DiBiasi was a part of the SJU team that won the Dr. Thomas Kerr Trophy and in 2007, he received the team's Vasquez and Leahy Awards.
During his freshman year, DiBiasi was part of the 2004 Freshman 8 that won the Murphy Cup and the Jesuit, George Washington and Indianapolis Invitational Regattas.
A native of Drexel Hill, Pa., DiBiasi rowed for Monsignor Bonner High School, where he was team captain his senior season.
