This Saturday's game will be the 14th all-time encounter between the Hawks and the Seahawks. The Hawks won the first 12 games over the Seahawks, while Wagner has only taken down Saint Joseph's once, last season.

The Hawks started off the season with a win over American (15-7) but then lost their next two home games by one goal each against Temple (13-14) and Villanova (10-11). While spending a week on the west coast, SJU went 1-1, both one-goal games as well. Saint Joseph's gave Cal their fifth loss, while San Diego State grabbed their fifth win against SJU.

Back on the east coast, SJU went 1-1 again, this time against #19/16 Duke and Mount St. Mary's. While down in Emmitsburg, Md., the Hawks fired off 33 shots, and 12 found the back of the net. Senior attacker Nora McCallion (18g, 11a) scored three goals while assisting on two for her teammates. McCallion recently scored her 100th career goal while going head-to-head with Duke.

Freshman attacker Hope Anhut leads the Hawks in goals this season (20) and owns a .615 shot percentage and .906 shots on goal percentage, as well. Anhut has played and started all seven games this season and had remarkable games in California against Cal (5g) and San Diego State (4g).

Junior defender Kristen Kelbon (12gb, 10ct) and junior midfielder Dana Garbinski (13gb, 8ct) have been running the defense while sophomore midfielder Hayley Sabol is also working hard on the defensive end, grabbing nine ground balls and matching Kelbon's team-best 10 caused turnovers.

With 300 minutes under her belt, senior goalkeeper Amelia Deibler (2-3) has been making her opponents work. Facing 145 shots in five games, Deibler continues to not back down and owns a 13.60 goals against average and .382 save percentage.

Wagner opened its season with five straight losses to Iona (10-12), Hofstra (10-14), Bucknell (6-16), Lehigh (9-12), and Albany (5-19). The Seahawks then won two of their last three, including back-to-back wins over Saint Mary's College of California (16-13) and Stetson (17-12), before their most recent loss to Jacksonville (8-18).

The Seahawks average 24 shots per game with a .698 shots on goal percentage.

Lauren Ednie (18g, 6a) leads Wagner's offense while Amanda Ray leads the defense (25gb, 17dc, 16ct). Goalkeeper Lucy Darlington has faced 105 shots in six games and has a .324 save percentage.
