ABOUT THE HAWKS
• Saint Joseph's enters the 2018 Women's Basketball Championship as the sixth seed after finishing with a 10-6 record in conference play.
• The Hawks finished tied for fifth with George Washington in the standings, but the Colonials earned the higher seed on tiebreaker with a win over SJU during the regular season.
• The Hawks are making their 36th A-10 Championship appearance.
• Saint Joseph's is 46-32 all-time in A-10 Championship play and have won the conference title three times (1997, 1999, 2013).
• Last season, third seed Saint Joseph's advanced to the Semifinals before falling to Duquesne, 78-63.
• All faculty, staff and students will be admitted free with an SJU I.D. Tickets for the general public are $10 for adults and $5 for children.
LAST TIME OUT
• Saint Joseph's topped Fordham, 52-50, on a layup by Chelsea Woods with :01 to play.
• Woods finished with a game-high 24 points versus the Rams.
SJU VERSUS VCU
• Tuesday marks the 15th meeting between Saint Joseph's and VCU.
• The Hawks hold an 8-6 edge in the all-time series.
• Tuesday marks the third meeting between SJU and VCU this season.
• The Hawks topped the Rams at Hagan Arena, 79-41, on December 31, while VCU held off SJU 56-54 on January 31.
• SJU head coach Cindy Griffin is 8-6 all-time versus VCU.

• March 2, 2018. The winner of Tuesday's matchup between the Hawks and Rams will advance to face either third seed Fordham of 14th seed Rhode Island in the Quarterfinals of the A-10 Championsip at 7 p.m. at the Richmond Coliseum.
