ABOUT THE HAWKS
• Saint Joseph's advanced of the Second Round of the Postseason Women's National Invitation Tournament behind a 75-57 victory at Seton Hall on Wednesday.
• Over her 17 seasons, head coach Cindy Griffin has led SJU to 12 postseason appearances, including NCAA Tournament berths in 2013 and 2014, and has posted an 8-11 mark.
• Sunday marks the 34th game this year for SJU, setting a new record for games played in a season as the Hawks will pass the previous record of 33 set in 2003-04, 2006-07, 2011-12 and 2013-14.
• Graduate student Amanda Fioravanti enters Sunday tied for the single-season record for games played in a Hawk uniform. The lone Hawk to appear in all 33 games this season, she became the 25th SJU player to appear in 33 games at Seton Hall on Wednesday.
• Senior Adashia Franklyn is one start shy of matching the single-season mark for starts, 33, held by five Hawks, the last being Michelle Baker and Kelly Cavallo in 2011-12.
• Saint Joseph's earned its 10th road victory of the year on Wednesday, its mosts since the 2013-14 season (12).
• A win on Sunday would mark the 21st time the Hawks have reached the 20-win mark in a season, the last coming in 2013-14 (23-10).
LAST TIME OUT
• Saint Joseph's topped Seton Hall, 75-57, in the First Round of the Postseason WNIT. The victory marked the Hawks first win in the WNIT since 2012.
• The Hawks' starters accounted for 73 of the team's 75 points and SJU took advantage of 23 Seton Hall turnovers to advance to the Postseason WNIT Second Round for the first time since 2012.
• Senior guard/forward Chelsea Woods posted her team-leading eighth double-double of the season against the Pirates, finishing with a game-high 20 points and 11 rebounds.
SJU VERSUS WEST VIRGINIA
• Sunday's Postseason WNIT Second Round matchup between Saint Joseph's and West Virginia is the 27th meeting between the former Atlantic 10 foes.
• The Hawks, who are playing the Mountaineers for the first time since the 1994-95 season, hold an 18-8 edge in the all-time series.
