ABOUT THE HAWKS
• Saint Joseph's begins a two-game road swing this Wednesday as the Hawks head to Richmond for a 7 p.m. tip with the Spiders.
• The Hawks enter Wednesday's matchup with a 14-6 edge in the all-time series versus Richmond, including an 81-72 victory in last year's matchup.
• Saint Joseph's is coming off a 60-57 victory over La Salle on Sunday in which the Hawks overcame a nine-point deficit in the second half for the win.
• With Sunday's win, the Hawks capped Big 5 play with a 1-3 mark and are now 111-47 all-time in city series play with a share of 17 titles.
• Senior Alyssa Monaghan poured in a career-best 25 points on 9-14 shooting, including 5-7 from three-point range, to go with five boards, four assists and three steals to lead the Hawks over La Salle.
• Senior Kristalyn Baisden scored 10 points against the Explorers and is averaging 14.7 points per game over the last three contests.
• Over the past four games, Monaghan is averaging 22 points per game while shooting 60.7 percent from the field (34-56) and 61.5 percent from three-point range (16-26).
• On Monday, Monaghan was named Atlantic 10 Player of the Week and Co-Big 5 Player of the Week after averaging 24 points, 4.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds per game and shooting 62.1 percent from the floor over two contests.
• After averaging 44.5 points a game over its first two A-10 games, SJU has averaged 66.3 points per game over its last three conference contests.
