ABOUT THE HAWKS
• Saint Joseph's wraps up the away portion of its schedule with a two-game road swing starting at Rhode Island on Sunday at 2 p.m.
• The Hawks enter Sunday winners of three straight over the Rams and hold a 55-7 edge in the all-time series.
• The 55 victories over Rhode Island are the most by SJU versus any opponent, while the 62 contests versus the Rams are tied for second-most against an opponent with George Washington and trailing only Temple (81).
• Saint Joseph's is looking to bounce back from a 67-56 loss to Duquesne on Wednesday as the Hawks had their four-game win streak snapped by the Dukes.
• Senior Kristalyn Baisden led the Hawks with 20 points versus Duquesne, marking her third 20-point performance of the season.
• Sophomore Mary Sheehan added 13 points in a reserve role versus the Dukes, one point shy of her career-high 14 that she set at George Washington earlier this month.
• Senior Alyssa Monaghan was named Atlantic 10 Co-Player of the Week and the Big 5 Player of the Week on Monday after averaging 23.5 points per game in a pair of SJU wins last week.
• Additionally, Monaghan enters Sunday atop the A-10 leaderboard in three-point shooting percentage at .391 (54-138).
• Even though SJU is 3-8 on the road this season, the Hawks have won their last two contests away from Hagan Arena, topping La Salle, 64-63, and George Washington, 41-38.
• Saint Joseph's is nearing the program record for three-pointers attempted in a season as the Hawks currently have taken 505, just six shy of the record 511 set by the 1997-98 team.
