ABOUT THE HAWKS
• Saint Joseph's enters the 2019 Atlantic 10 Championship as the eighth seed after finishing with a 7-9 record in conference play.
• The Hawks finished tied for eighth in the standings with George Washington and Massachusetts, but earned the higher seed on tiebreaker as they went a combined 2-0 versus the Colonials and Minutewomen.
• The Hawks are making their 37th A-10 Championship appearance and are 48-33 all-time in conference postseason play.
• The Hawks have appeared in 12 A-10 title games and won the conference championship three times (1997, 1999, 2013).
• Last season, sixth seed Saint Joseph's advanced to the title game before falling to fifth seed George Washington, 65-49.
• The Hawks and Colonials enter Tuesday with an even 31-31 all-time record versus each other.
• Backed by a career-high 14 points from sophomore Mary Sheehan, Saint Joseph's topped George Washington during this year's regular season matchup, 41-38, on February 10 at the Charles E Smith Center.
• The 62 meetings against George Washington are the third most Saint Joseph's has played versus any opponent in program history. The Hawks have faced only Temple (81) and Rhode Island (63) more times to date.
• Senior Alyssa Monaghan enters Tuesday having played 4,039 career minutes and is just 13 minutes shy of Kim Foley's all-time record of (4,053).
