The Saint Joseph's softball team dropped its series finale to George Washington, 8-0, in five innings on Wednesday afternoon at SJU Softball Field.

• Alexa Williams doubled home Sierra Lange to give George Washington a 1-0 lead in the top of the first.
• A double by Hannah Eslick scored Williams to make it 2-0 later in the first.
• Mia Parker tallied the third run of the inning for the Colonials as she scored on a RBI groundout by Maggie Greco.
• Williams connected on a grand slam in the top of the second to extend George Washington's lead to 7-0.
• Eslick added the fifth run of the inning with a RBI single that scored Alessandra Ponce to make it 8-0.
