A sacrifice fly by Kaelin Cash in the bottom of the 10th inning lifted the Saint Joseph's softball team to a 4-3 win over Delaware on Wednesday afternoon at SJU Softball Field.

How It Happened 
• Delaware took a 1-0 lead in the top of the third on a RBI double by Hanna Garber.
• Garber came around to make it 2-0 later in the third inning as she scored from third base as the Hawks' caught Delaware's Brooke Glanden stealing at second base.
• The Blue Hens extended their lead to 3-0 in the top of the fifth as Sarah Bessel scored from third on a RBI groundout by Garber.
• The Hawks got on the board in the bottom of the sixth as Jordan Hinkle scored on a RBI single by Taylor Marinelli.
• Later that inning, Hailey Malito connected on a two-run double to tie the game at 3-3.
• With the bases loaded and one out in the bottom of the 10th, Cash hit a sacrifice fly to right field that allowed Sarah Cancila score the game-winning run from third.

Inside The Boxscore 
• Emily Siler, who tossed a scoreless 10th inning for the Hawks, improved to 9-9 on the season.
• Saint Joseph's starter Saige Stutz allowed two runs on four hits while striking out four over 3.0 innings of work. 
• Amanda Herr allowed an unearned run on three hits, while striking out one in 5.0 innings of relief.
• Marinelli was 3-for-4 with a RBI.
• Hinkle was 3-for-5 with a run scored.
