OLEAN, N.Y. – Saint Joseph's softball team completed a three-game series sweep of St. Bonaventure as the Hawks topped the Bonnies, 10-1, in six innings on Sunday afternoon at Joyce Field.

Taylor Marinelli singled home
Kayla Tauber to make it 1-0 in the top of the first.
• Marinelli scored from third on a throwing error by St. Bonaventure's catcher on
Madison Fife's steal attempt of second base.
• The Hawks opened a 3-0 lead in the top of the third as Fife scored on a RBI ground out by
Sarah Cancila.
• A RBI double by Marinelli scored
Jordan Hinkle in the top of the fifth to push St. Joe's lead to 4-0.
• Marinelli came around to score later in the fifth on a RBI single by Fife.
• A RBI single by Grace Perechinsky brought the Bonnies to within 5-1 in the bottom of the fifth.
• A two-run single by
Kaelin Cash gave the Hawks a 7-1 advantage in the top of the sixth.
• A RBI single by
Hailey Malito scored Fife later in the sixth to make it 8-1.
• Malito and
Lauren Pscolka scored the final two runs for Saint Joseph's off a fielder's choice by Cancila.

Saige Stutz capped a stellar performance as she set the Bonnies down in order in the bottom of the sixth to secure the win.

• Stutz continued the strong pitching performances for the Hawks as she allowed one earned run on five hits, while striking out eight to improve to 2-4 on the season.
• Marinelli went 3-for-4 with three runs scored and two RBI.
• Cash was 2-for-4 with two RBI.
• Hinkle and Tauber each went 2-for-4, with Hinkle scoring twice and Tauber once.
