Saint Joseph's took advantage of an early own goal by George Mason, Natalee Vicari added an insurance goal late and goalkeeper Katie Cappelletti posted her fourth shutout of the season as the Hawks blanked the Patriots, 2-0, on Wednesday at Sweeney Field.

How It Happened
• Saint Joseph's took a 1-0 advantage off of a George Mason miscue at 6:50 as the Patriots knocked in an own goal off a corner kick by the Hawks.
• George Mason pressed late into the first half to tie the match, but Cappelletti and St. Joe's defense made the 1-0 score stand.
• Vicari sealed the victory in the 89th inning as her corner kick curved inside the far post to make it 2-0.
