SAINT JOSEPH'S | Roster | Schedule | Stats | Game Notes
• The Hawks' 12-1 start is the best record for head coach Cindy Griffin in her 23 years on the sidelines for the Hawks. The start is the best since 1976-77, where St. Joe's opened the season 16-1.
• St. Joe's enters the week as one of two teams in the A-10 receiving votes in the WBCA Coaches Poll, the second week the Hawks have received votes in the past two seasons.
Talya Brugler became the 29th player in program history to reach 1,000 career points, doing so with a 24-point outburst against New Hampshire in the opening game in the Hawk Classic. Brugler surpassed Ciara Andrews (2012-16) and Melissa Coursey (1994-99) to move to 25th overall in program history in points.
• St. Joe's enters as one of the top 50 best defenses in the country, allowing just 55.4 points per game. SJU is one of five A-10 teams to rank in the top 50.

GEORGE WASHINGTON: Roster | Schedule | Stats
• The Revolutionaries enter as one of the top defensive teams in the country, allowing just 52.4 points per game through 13 games to rank 13th in the country and second in the A-10 (VCU - 48.9). GW's prowess on the defense comes from its ability to defend, allowing just 35.2% from the field from its opponents.
• Nya Robertson ranks third in the A-10 with a team-high 16.5 points per game to lead the way for the Revolutionaries. After missing three games with injury, Robertson returned to the lineup in the defeat to Richmond. The sophomore sits fourth in the A-10 with 2.80 three-pointers made per game.
• Essence Brown has also had her struggles with injury, only playing in seven games this season. When healthy, Brown has been a strong duo with Robertson with 13 points a night and 4.9 rebounds. Nya Lok also adds 9.5 points to spear a triple threat on the offensive end of the glass.
