KINGSTON, R.I. – The Saint Joseph's women's basketball team takes to the road after a quick two-game homestand, headed to Rhode Island for a televised noon matchup on Sunday afternoon. The game is set to be aired on ESPNU.

• Saint Joseph's earned outright Big 5 success last time out, cruising in the second half to help push past La Salle to claim the Big 5 championship inside Hagan Arena.
• The Hawks' offense got going early before sputtering to just 22 points in the first half, a season-low. However, SJU found its rhythm en route to its third-consecutive game shooting above 50% from the field to dominate the second half, allowing just 39 points to cruise to the third-straight win in A-10 play.
• Tayla Brugler tied her season-high of 26 points on an efficient 11-12 shooting from the field, the best individual field goal percentage on the season for the Hawks.
Laura Ziegler recorded her seventh double-double of the season with a 16-point, 16-rebound effort.

• The Rams are led by Mayë Tourë, who paces Rhode Island in both scoring (13.3) and rebounding (7.4). The senior forward also adds more than a steal per game and nearly a block per night to her season totals. Sophie Phillips joins in a well-balanced scoring offense, adding 13.0 points per game. Phillips ranks among the top in the country from behind the arc, connecting at a 36.9% clip to sit fourth in the A-10. Phillips also ranks third in the country in attempts (157), fourth in makes (58) and 12th in the NCAA in makes per game (3.05), all ranking first in the conference.
• Rhode Island has solidified home court on the season, entering Sunday's matchup 8-1 on the year at the Ryan Center, twice scoring over 90 points in wins. Over the past two years, the Rams are 23-2 at home, including a double-overtime victory over the Hawks last season.
