• St. Joe's was able to garner a six-point advantage briefly in the first quarter, but both sides traded blows back and forth as SJU only held a 31-27 lead at the half. 16-straight points as part of a 21-5 third quarter blew the doors open, the Hawks able to turn up the defense and cruise to a 20-point win for the sixth win in the last seven against GW.

• Richmond is a dynamic offense that can score at every position, the Spiders ranking 25th in the country in field goal percentage by knocking down 47.4% of their attempts. From three, the Spiders also shoot at an elite rate to rank 19th (37.8%) in the NCAA. Richmond also takes care of the ball at an efficient rate, only conceding 12.7 turnovers per game.
• Maggie Doogan leads as one of four Spiders that average double-digits per game, dropping 16.6 points per night to rank second in the Atlantic 10. Doogan shoots the ball at 54.3%, having made the most field goals in the A-10. Grace Townsend adds 12.3 points per game with one of the best free throw percentages in the country at 87.2%. Townsend also ranks second in conference play with 4.8 assists per game.
• Rachel Ullstrom (11.4) and Addie Budnik (11.3) round out the top scorers in the bunch, Budnik making a name defensively as well by averaging 2.07 blocks per game to lead the Atlantic 10.
