ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team fell to Navy by a 7-0 score at the Tose Family Tennis Center on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
• Navy (5-1) jumped ahead early with a trio of wins in the doubles flights.

• The Midshipmen finished things off with a sweep of the singles matches.  Charlotte Kordonowy claimed a set victory for the Hawks before ultimately falling in a supertiebreaker in the fourth flight.

HAWK TALK
"Today we played a deep Navy team, and we had some positives to build on," head coach Jeff Puhan said.  "Kirsten and Ana played a solid doubles set at #2.  Our captain Fabiana battled at the #1 singles position and Charlotte at #4 lost a tough one in three sets.  If we keep putting in the work, we will be playing our best tennis in March and April; that's when we need it!  We get back at it Monday and prepare for Lehigh on Friday."
