BRONX, N.Y. – The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team wrapped up the road portion of its slate on Saturday, falling to Fordham, 4-0.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
• The hosts earned a sweep of all three doubles matches to take the first point of the day.
 
• The Rams came out on top in the first three singles matches to be completed and thus play was halted.  Ireland Amato was level in the second set of her sixth-flight match at the time.
 
UP NEXT
The Hawks host Jefferson on Sunday morning.  It's Senior Day on Hawk Hill, as SJU will honor seniors Fabiana Tort-Umpierre and Kirsten Wijnsema before the match.
