PHILADELPHIA – Four members of the Saint Joseph's men's soccer program have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced.

Luke Johnson,
Matteo Mazzotta and
Cooper Jennings each earned recognition for their combined academic and athletic accomplishments during the 2025 season.
Mazzotta, a Second Team All-Atlantic 10 selection, started all 17 matches in which he appeared and logged the full 90 minutes 13 times in the Hawk midfield. Integral to both the attack and defensive unit, he helped Saint Joseph's to five clean sheets while leading the Hawks in goals (6) and points (14). He finished the regular season ranked third in the A-10 in goals and fifth in points. Mazzotta opened the year with a game-winning assist against Merrimack, added goals in results over VMI, Rider and Loyola (Md.), and scored twice in a 2-0 win over Duquesne. He also assisted the lone goal in a 1-0 win over George Washington and delivered an 88th-minute equalizer at George Mason.
Johnson played in all 18 games and earned a start in every match, contributing three goals and an assist for seven points. He recorded an assist against Rider and scored against Dayton, Loyola (Md.) and Boston College. Johnson posted 14 shots on the year, placing six on target for a 42.9 percent mark.
Tveit-Reffsgaard started all 18 games at left back and played the full 90 minutes in 16 contests. A key part of a defensive unit that recorded five shutouts, he helped the Hawks cut their goals allowed from 39 a season ago to 23 in 2025 while conceding just a 1.13 goals-against average in conference play. He scored twice on the year, tallying his first career goal against Lehigh before scoring in a 2-2 draw with George Mason, and helped Saint Joseph's hold Fordham scoreless in a 0-0 draw in the Atlantic 10 quarterfinals.
Jennings started all 17 games in goal, anchoring the Hawks to five clean sheets while making 48 saves. He finished the season with a .706 save percentage while he registered a 1.16 goals-against average, with three of his shutouts coming in Atlantic 10 action. Jennings held Fordham off the board in the 0-0 draw during the conference quarterfinals.
