Softball Completes Play at Mizuno Showdown

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The Saint Joseph's softball team wrapped play at the Mizuno Showdown against the North Carolina Tar Heels on Sunday.

UNC claimed a 10-0 victory. Marla Freiwald tossed a scoreless inning of relief, striking out one.

The Hawks are back in action on Tuesday when they travel to College Park, Md. to face off against the Maryland Terrapins. First pitch from the Maryland Softball Stadium is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
