MERION STATION, Pa. – The Saint Joseph's men's tennis team continued play at the Saint Joseph's Invitational at the SJU Tennis Complex on Saturday.
HOW IT HAPPENED

Stefan Brajovic advanced to the semifinals of the Black singles flight, battling back from dropping a first-set tiebreaker to win the match against Villanova's James Quincy Jones in a supertiebreaker. Brajovic then fell to an opponent from Jefferson in the semifinals.

Jakob Gaudreau Barnes and
Omar Aboseada were winners in their respective consolation flights, with Gaudreau Barnes topping John Dickens of Lafayette, 8-5, before falling in the semifinals; Aboseada won his consolation quarterfinal via walkover before topping his semifinal opponent, Cameron Kruep of Villanova, 8-2, to reach Sunday's final.

Sehaj Singh Pawar and
Santiago Valle advanced to the semifinals in their doubles consolation bracket with a win over a duo from Drexel.
