WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Saint Joseph's softball team got outstanding relief pitching, but early offense for George Washington saw the Revolutionaries upend the Hawks, 4-0 on Sunday afternoon.
BY THE NUMBERS
- Ava Farina and Taylor Trowbridge allowed just one run on one hit and two walks.
- For Trowbridge, her effort continued her mastery of GW in the last two seasons. She has now appeared in five games, throwing 30.1 innings to the tune of a 0.69 ERA. She has struck out 22 batters and allowed the Revs a .194 average against combined in 2025 and 2026.
- Gianna Muhaw went 1-for-2 for the Hawks
