Saint Joseph's men's tennis junior Othman Bezzaz was named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team this week.
 
The CSC Academic All-District Teams are selected by the membership of the organization and recognize student-athletes for their combined academic and athletic achievements.
 
Bezzaz, who earlier this week earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference First Team accolades, tied for the second-most singles wins on the squad with 15 as the Hawks earned the number-two seed in the Atlantic 10 Championship and reached the semifinals.  He posted an 8-2 mark in the fourth singles flight while seeing action in each of the top three flights, and also tied for the team lead with 18 doubles wins.
 
The Casablanca, Morocco, native was an All-District honoree in 2025 as well.
 
Student-athletes selected for the All-District teams are eligible for selection to the CSC Academic All-America Teams.
