NASSAU, The Bahamas – Saint Joseph's women's basketball will head to The Bahamas this Thanksgiving as part of the six-team field for the 2026 Baha Mar Hoops Nassau Championship, set for Nov. 27 and 29 at the Baha Mar Convention, Arts & Entertainment Center in Nassau.
The Hawks will face USC on Friday, Nov. 27 at 1:30 p.m. ET before meeting Illinois on Sunday, Nov. 29 at 11 a.m. ET. Both games will be part of a three-game session each day, with the six participating teams each playing twice during the event.
The 2026 Baha Mar Hoops Nassau Championship features a field of six NCAA Division I programs, including three teams that advanced to the 2026 NCAA Tournament: Illinois, Iowa State and USC. The field also includes Belmont and Marquette.
TICKETS AND TRAVEL
Fan VIP packages for the 2026 Baha Mar Hoops Nassau Championship are available now and include a four-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, courtside tickets to both days of the championship, admission to the event's VIP reception, round-trip airport transfers, daily breakfast, a welcome gift and personal concierge service. Airfare is not included, and a passport is required for travel to The Bahamas.

Baha Mar annually plays host to one of the largest regular-season events in the sport of college basketball. Each November around the Thanksgiving holiday, 16 or more NCAA Division I men's and women's teams visit the stunning resort to compete in three basketball tournaments.
Each August, the resort also holds the Baha Mar Hoops Summer League, offering NCAA teams exhibition games against international competition as part of a foreign tour.
