Indoor 2019-20: Raced the 200m seven times and 60m six times... Placed 18th in both the 60m (7.17) and 200m (22.96) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran season-best 60m (7.16) at the Villanova Invitational... Ran season-best 200m (22.49) up at Boston for the John Thomas Terrier Classic.
Outdoor 2019: Ran on the eighth-place 4x100m relay (43.43) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran on the fourth-place 4x200m relay (1:27.84) at the Colonial Relays... Raced the 100m three times, recording a season-best performance (11.23) at the Rider Invitational.

Ran the 200m four times, recording a personal-best performance (22.57) at the Widener Invitational for ninth.
Indoor 2017-18: Ran on the 14th-place 4x400m relay (3:23.12) at the IC4A Championships... Raced the 60m and 200m at the Atlantic 10 Championship, placing 17th in both races... Outdoor 2017: Raced on fifth-place 4x100m relay (42.86) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also cruised to a season-best time in the 100m (11.15) for 16th at A-10s... Indoor 2016-17: Raced the 60m seven times and 200m six times... Closed season with season-best times in both the 60m (7.26) and 200m (23.15) at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational... Placed 12th in the 60m (7.30) and 14th in the 200m (23.29) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Placed sixth in the 60m (7.32) and 11th in the 200m (23.87) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Placed ninth in both the 60m (7.28) and 200m (23.52) at the Monmouth Winter Open.
High School/Personal: Two-time All-Suburban One American Conference selection... Anchored 4x200m relay that finished ninth at the 2016 Pennsylvania State Indoor Championships... Named squad's Most Valuable Performer as a senior... 2015 Rob Thomas Memorial Nesaminy Invitational 200m champion... 2015 31st Pennsylvania Track Classic 100m champion... Capped Upper Dublin career with personal records in the 55m (6.71) and 60m (7.20), both school records, as well as the 100m (11.10) and 200m (22.53)... Squad placed second in the Suburban One Conference as a senior and took third during freshman, sophomore, and junior seasons... Four-year varsity letterwinner... Also lettered in football... All-Suburban One Conference Second Team selection for football... Montgomery/Bucks County All-Star Classic Game selection... Running back and defensive back for 14-1 football squad that won the Pennsylvania District 1 Championship as a senior and went undefeated in the conference during both junior and senior seasons...
