Indoor 2019-20: Turned in SJU's top times in the 200m and 400m and ran on SJU's four-fastest 4x400m relays of the season... Ran collegiate-best 400m (48.38) for 11th at the IC4A Championships... Also ran second leg of sixth-place DMR (9:59.71) and second leg of 16th-place 4x400m relay (3:18.56) at IC4As... That 400m performance stood as SJU's fastest of the season while both the DMR and 4x400m relay performances ranked as SJU's second-fastest of the season in each event... Placed 12th in the 400m (51.78) and 16th in the 200m (22.91) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Ran the second leg of the third-place DMR (9:56.88) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational up at Boston... That DMR stood as SJU's fastest of the season... Won the 200m in a collegiate-best time (22.15) at the Villanova Invitational... Ran the third leg of the seventh-place 4x400m relay (3:18.54) at Boston's John Thomas Terrier Classic, which stood as SJU's fastest 4x400m relay of the season... Indoor 2018-19: Ran on eighth-place 4x400m relay (3:15.66) at IC4As... Competed in the 400m and 4x400m relay at the Atlantic 10 Track and Field Championships, placing 15th in the 400m preliminaries (51.35) and third in the 4x400m relay finals (3:19.93)… Ran the first leg of the first-place 4x400m relay (3:20.19) at the Fastrack National Invite… Recorded a personal-best time in the 200m (22.50) at the Villanova Invitational, placing 19th… Recorded a personal-best time in the 400m (49.71) at the Penn 8-Team Select, placing sixth… Ran on the second-place 4x400m relay (3:19.29) at the Penn 8-Team Select… Ran the second leg of the first-place DMR (10:23.72) at the Angry Birds Challenge… Ran on the second-place 4x400m relay (3:20.79) at the Fastrack Metro Season Opener.

Indoor 2017-18: Recorded a personal-best time in the 300m (36.14) at the Jack Pyrah Invitational, placing fourth… Ran on the second-place 4x400m relay (3:23.00) at the Jack Pyrah Invitational… Placed fifth in the 400m (50.48) at the Wagner Invitational.
Outdoor 2017: Ran the leadoff leg of the eighth-place 4x400m relay (3:15.21) at the IC4A Championships and sixth-place 4x400m relay (3:16.34) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also ran the second leg of the fifth-place 4x100m relay (42.86) and recorded a season-best 200m time (22.58) at A-10s... Raced the 4x400m relay (3:13.77) at the Penn Relays... Ran an open 400m (50.05) for seventh at the Rider Invitational... Opened season with a fourth-place showing in the Sprint Medley Relay (3:27.36) at the Colonial Relays... Indoor 2016-17: Raced on the second-place 4x400m relay (3:17.23) and placed 13th in the 400m (50.59) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Won the 400m (51.48) at the Monmouth Winter Invitational... Ran season-best times in both the 200m (22.67) and 400m (50.55) for third- and fourth-place finishes, respectively, at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Placed fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:15.78) at the Penn State National Invitational... Turned in a sixth-place finish in the 200m (22.85) and a ninth-place finish in the 400m (50.62) at the Penn 8-Team Select... Placed fourth in the DMR (10:23.67) and fifth in the 400m (51.94) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet... Placed fifth in the 4x400m relay and 10th in the 300m (37.12) in collegiate debut at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational.
High School/Personal: Two-time team MVP for indoor track and field during sophomore and junior seasons... Earned Most Outstanding Junior Award, Most Outstanding Sophomore Award, and Most Outstanding Freshman Award... Set records in the indoor 60 (7.28) and indoor 400m (50.56) as a senior and in the indoor 200m (22.6) and indoor 300m (36.1) as a junior... Set freshman outdoor 200m record (22.48)... Earned eight varsity letters between indoor and outdoor track and field... Also lettered in football and golf... Involved with the Purple Heart foundation... Graduated from Saint Joseph's in May 2020 with an undergraduate degree in interdisciplinary health services and will begin graduate work in marketing from SJU in Fall 2020.
