Is taking advantage of the NCAA Division I Council's ruling to grant an additional year of outdoor eligibility for all spring sports student-athletes due to the COVID-19 pandemic... Will have eligibility for the 2020-21 indoor season (redshirted 2019-20) and 2021 outdoor season.

Outdoor 2019: Placed 37th in the 1500m (4:03.19) at the IC4A Championships… Placed third in the 1500m (3:53.24) and ran on the third-place 4x800m relay (7:37.93) at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Recorded a personal-best time in the 1500m (3:48.71) for sixth at the Colonial Relays… Ran the first leg on the first-place DMR (9:57.16) at the Colonial Relays… Won the 800m in a collegiate-best time of 1:53.11 at the Rider 5-Way Meet.
 
Indoor 2018-19: Placed 10th in the mile preliminaries (4:08.16 PR) and eighth in the mile finals (4:08.19) at the IC4A Championships… Anchored the first-place DMR (10:03.62), ran the third leg on the second-place 4x800m relay (7:44.88), and placed second in the mile (4:14.89) at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Recorded a personal-best time in the 1000m (2:27.17) for fifth at the Fastrack Last Chance Meet… Placed third in the mile (4:12.89) at the Villanova Invitational… Recorded a personal-best time in the 800m (1:55.79) for sixth at the Penn 8-Team Select… Ran the first leg on the first-place DMR (10:23.72) and also won the mile (4:19.88) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge… Placed second in the mile (4:18.71) at the Wagner College Invitational.

Indoor 2017-18: Ran the first leg of the 12th-place DMR (10:12.39) at the IC4A Championships… Recorded a personal-best time and placed 12th in the 3000m (8:42.31) while also running on the fourth-place DMR (10:05.38) at the Atlantic 10 Championships… Placed second in the 1000m (2:29.40) at the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational… Ran on the second-place DMR (10:17.33) at the Fastrack National Invitational… Ran on the second-place DMR (10:26.93) and placed fourth in the mile (4:26.81) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Challenge.

Outdoor 2017: Opened season with a seventh-place finish in the 4x1500m relay (16:03.85) and 17th-place finish in the 3000m (8:48.02 PR) at the Colonial Relays... Raced first collegiate 3000m steeplechase for fifth overall (10:08.96) at the Rider Invitational... Closed season with a third-place finish in the 1500m (3:59.58) at the Widener Invitational and a fourth-place finish in the 1500m (3:58.55 PR) at the Lehigh Games... Named to SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

Indoor 2016-17: Raced the mile four times and added a pair of DMR performances... Ran the first leg of the Distance Medley Relay that placed 23rd (10:08.99) at the IC4A Championships... Ran on the sixth-place DMR (10:25.30) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational... Ran three consecutive sub-4:22 miles leading up to IC4As at Yale (4:20.74), the Fastrack National Invitational (season-best 4:20.22), and the Fastrack Last Chance Invitational (4:21.09)... Raced first collegiate 800m for ninth overall (2:01.19) at the Lehigh Angry Birds Meet and first collegiate 3000m (8:56.98) for 22nd at the Penn 8-Team Select... Made collegiate track and field debut at the Wagner Invitational, placing 28th in the mile (4:34.59).

High School/Personal: 2015 All-State selection for cross country after leading Salesianum to second-place team fnish at the state meet... Led squad to Delaware State Championship titles in both indoor and outdoor track as a senior... 2014 All-State selection in the indoor and otudoor 4x800m relay... Raced on 4x800m relay and Distance Medley Relay at Indoor National Championships during junior and senior seasons... Earned seven varsity letters in track and field and one in cross country... Also lettered in football... Community service experience includes Camden Clean-Up, Operation Welcome Home, and Sunday Breakfast Mission... Sister, Sara, captained the women's cross country and track and field squads at SJU and went on to serve as a volunteer coach for the Hawks... Brother, Kevin, played lacrosse at Mount St. Mary's University and DeSales University... Father, Dennis, played baseball at West Chester University... Mother, Lori, was an All-American in track and field at West Chester University... Graduated from Saint Joseph's in May 2020 with an undergraduate degree in interdisciplinary health services and and will begin work on his MS in Organization Development and Leadership from SJU in Fall 2020.
