Maggie Dickman returns for her third season on the Saint Joseph's field hockey coaching staff in 2026.
During the 2024 season, Dickman was part of the NFHCA Mid-Atlantic Region Coaching Staff of the Year as she helped guide the Hawks to the NCAA national championship game. Along the way, the Hawks earned their fourth consecutive Atlantic 10 postseason title, the program's highest-ever poll ranking of third in the nation, and the program's first-ever Final Four appearance. Forwards Manu Ghigliotti (First Team) and Lily Santi (Second Team) both earned All-America accolades under her tutelage.
In 2025, the Hawks won their fifth A-10 title in a row and topped Drexel in the Opening Round of the NCAA Tournament, the program's fifth NCAA Tournament victory in four seasons. Ava Smith ranked in the top four in the league in goals and points on the way to First Team All-Region and All-Conference honors, while Erika Culp was named to the All-Conference First Team and the All-Region Second Team.
Dickman recently served as a head coach with the PowerHouse Field Hockey club program and as a director with Prince Elite Field Hockey. In addition to on-the-field coaching, Dickman developed practice plans and clinic sessions while also playing a role in the day-to-day operations of both organizations. Prior to her time in the Philadelphia area, Dickman worked with the International Field Hockey Club of Kentucky.

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Dickman played for four years at Wake Forest, appearing in 75 games and earning a spot on the ACC All-Academic Team and the NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad. Dickman helped lead the Demon Deacons to the NCAA Tournament as a senior in 2022. She graduated from Wake Forest in December of 2022 with degrees in communications and psychology and is currently pursuing a masters degree at Louisville.
