Casey Woodford begins his second season as director of basketball operations for Saint Joseph's men's basketball and his sixth season on staff overll in 2026-27.
In his role as director of basketball operations, Woodford coordinates all the logistics for the Hawks, includling all team travel. He also is responsible for the compilation of practice plans.
Prior to taking ober as the DOBO, Woodford was the director of video services for the Hawks, responsible for all video operations and assist with opponent breakdowns. He also supports technological services and aid in recruiting efforts for the Hawks.
In his previous role as video specialist, Woodford assisted all members of the staff on various duties including video editing, statistical analysis, player development, and other operational and program-related duties. Spending the past two seasons as a graduate manager with the Hawks, Woodford earned a master's degree in business intelligence and analytics from Saint Joseph's in May of 2023.
A 2021 graduate of Penn State, Woodford served as a manager for the Nittany Lions' basketball program before coming to Hawk Hill.
