Beginning his 11th season with Saint Joseph's, Thomas Boyle '15, '18 was recently elevated to associate head coach after serving as assistant coach for the Hawks the previous three season. In his current role, he assists in all facets of the program, including recruiting, opponent scouting, and game strategy.
Boyle served in roles as a graduate assistant, director of operations, and video coordinator before being elevated to assistant coach.Â
Boyle has a storied journey with the Hawks. He is the grandson of former SJU coaches Jim Lynam and the late Jim Boyle. His father, Jim Boyle, Jr., served as the Hawk mascot during the 85-86 season. A 2015 SJU graduate, Toe was a student manager under Coach Phil Martelli.
Following graduation, he spent a year interning with the Atlantic 10 conference before returning to Hawk Hill.
In addition to his bachelorâs degree in 2015, Boyle also completed his MBA in 2018.
