Background:
A three-year member and two-time captain at Cumberland Valley High School, Jekot averaged 23 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 2.9 steals per game as a senior. She surpassed 1,000 career points and earned multiple accolades, including First Team All-Sentinel (three times), First Team All-State (twice), and First Team All-Conference honors. She was named Ms. PA Top Underclassman in both the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons. Jekot also played a key role in Cumberland Valley's PIAA 6A District 3 Championship victory in 2021 and was named Mid-Penn Commonwealth Player of the Year in 2022-23. Jill is the sister of Katie Jekot '20, '22, who ranks eighth in program history in assists and is a 1,000-point scorer at Saint Joseph's.
