Saint Joseph's University

Shiner joined the women's basketball staff in October prior to the 2022-23 season. Prior to arriving on Hawk Hill, Shiner spent five seasons with the Virginia Tech men's basketball team, four as a manager and one as a grad assistant for the Hokies. 

A native of Palmyra, Virginia, Shiner received his degree in communication science and social inquiry from Virginia Tech in 2021.
