Sarah Douglas joined Hawk Hill in August 2025, beginning her first season at Saint Joseph's in 2025-26.
Douglas, a 2024 graduate of Indiana University, earned her bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing and Management. During her time in Bloomington, she served as a marketing intern with Indiana Athletics, where she was responsible for in-game promotions across multiple sports, fan engagement initiatives, event setup, and the operation of Daktronics equipment across various events.
Following graduation, Douglas worked in professional sports with the Philadelphia Union of Major League Soccer. As a member of the Union’s inside sales team, she focused on group ticket sales and experiences while also contributing to the execution of game day events at Subaru Park.
A Valparaiso, Indiana native, Douglas is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) while continuing to build her career in athletics.
