PHILADELPHIA - Saint Joseph's Pat Carroll has been named the Atlantic 10 Co-Player of the Week and the Big 5 Player of the Week, earning the honors for the second consecutive week. He shares the A-10 award with Justin Dolleman of Xavier.

It marks the fourth time in his career that Carroll has earned a Player of the Week award.

Carroll averaged 24.5 points per game in the Hawks' 2-0 week. In the two games, he shot 64 percent (16-for-25) from the floor, 68.8 percent (11-for-16) from 3-point range, and 75 percent from the foul line.

In the 95-62 win at St. Bonaventure on Feb. 2, Carroll scored 21 points, shooting 6-of-12 from the floor, 3-of-6 from three, and 6-for-8 from the foul line.

Carroll followed that with 28 points in an 83-60 win over Duquesne. The senior shot a blistering 10-for-13 from the field, while connecting for a career-high eight 3-point field goals in 10 attempts.

In the past 10 games since the beginning of the New Year, Carroll is converting 55.7 percent of his 3-point field goals and averaging 19.4 points per game.
