PHILADELPHIA - Saint Joseph's head coach Phil Martelli will hold a few book signings for "Don't Call Me Coach: A Lesson Plan for Life" during the holiday shopping season.

The Hawks' head coach will appear at the Haverford Township Library (1601 Darby Rd., Havertown, PA) on Friday, December 7 at 7 p.m. He'll be joining other sports authors Ray Didinger, Sal Palaontonio and Jayson Stark for a "Sports Night".

Martelli will hold a signing at the Saint Joseph's bookstore on Thursday, December 13 from 4 to 6 p.m. Then he'll appear at the Barnes & Noble in Broomall, PA (Lawrence Park Shopping Center, 1901 Sproul Rd.) that same evening, beginning at 7 p.m.

On December 14, Martelli will make the trip to Delaware and the Barnes & Noble in Wilmington (Concord Mall, 4801 Concord Pike) at 7:30 p.m.

On December 15, the coach will sign books at the St. Jude Shop in Havertown, PA (21 Brookline Blvd.) from noon to 2 p.m.

The book, with co-author Harold Gullan, is now available at area bookstores, the Saint Joseph's bookstore and online thru Amazon.com and the publisher Camino Books (www.caminobooks.com).
