PHILADELPHIA - Taylor Trevisan has been named to the Saint Joseph's men's basketball team as a walk-on, it was announced by head coach Phil Martelli.

Trevisan, a sophomore, earned the spot after going through the Hawks' annual walk-on tryouts. He is the only non-scholarship player on the 2010-11 team.

A 6-2 guard from West Chester, Pa., he was an All-Conference First Team selection his senior year at Salesianum High School in Delaware. Trevisan averaged 15.0 points per game and also received Honorable Mention on the All-State Team. The team captain as a senior, Trevisan was a All-Conference Third Team choice his junior season.
