Sophomore attack Emily Bowers (5G, 2A) and senior attacks Abby Ananian (5G, 1A), and Val Paolucci (4G, 1A) lead the squad in scoring. On the defensive end, seniors Allison Heath and Brittany Hanrahan own seven ground balls apiece while Hanrahan has caused five turnovers. Sophomore goalkeeper Genevieve Giblin (1-2) owns a 10.33 goals-against average and .516 save percentage in a full 180:00.

Saint Joseph's went 1-1 this past weekend, defeating LIU Brooklyn 14-6 and falling at Drexel 9-5. On the weekend, senior attack Abby Ananian (5G, 1A) and sophomore attack Emily Bowers (4G, 2A) led the Hawks in scoring with six points apiece. Defensively, senior Allison Heath notched six ground balls and nine draw controls while classmate Brittany Hanrahan caused five turnovers. Sophomore goalkeeper Genevieve Giblin averaged 13 saves per game during this weekend's pair of games and went 1-1 in a full 120:00.
SCOUTING DELAWARE STATE
The Hornets enter Thursday's game 0-2 having fallen to Longwood, 23-3, and Presbyterian, 22-16. The 16 goals scored against Presbyterian this past Saturday was a single-game program high for the Hornets, who are in just their second year of women's lacrosse. Delaware State is led on the offensive end by Emily Etkins (7G), Emily Peets (5G), and Megan Card (4G, 3A). Rhian Sellers has seen a majority of the playing time in net for the Hornets and sports a 23.91 goals-against average and .298 save percentage in 100:22. Delaware State went 0-11 last season; its two-year program record is currently 0-13
SERIES HISTORY AGAINST THE BLACKBIRDS
Thursday's meeting will mark the first between the Saint Joseph's Hawks and the Delaware State Hornets.
