NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Tallying the game winning goal in Friday's 2-1 victory at Richmond, Saint Joseph's junior forward Olivia McEachern was named Atlantic 10 Women's Soccer Player of the Week, Conference officials announced on Monday.
With the score tied at 1-1, McEachern would put her team ahead for good in the 61st minute as she headed in the game winner off a pass from teammate Shannon Westhead.
On the season, McEachern ranks second on the team in goals (three) and points (eight).
