HOW IT HAPPENED
• Cincinnati (9-10) jumped out to the lead quickly, scoring seven times in the first inning.
• Saint Joseph's (10-7) got on the board in the top of the second after

• A double by
Luca Trigiani and a single by
Jake Artz led to another run for the Hawks in the fifth before Cossetti was hit by a pitch to lead off the sixth and scored on Hueth's third home run of the season to make it 15-4.
• Cossetti then scored
Nate Thomas with an RBI double in the seventh before scoting himself on a single by
Brandon Drapeau, but the Bearcats got both runs back in the bottom of the inning to make it 17-6.
• In the eighth, Cossetti earned another RBI when he was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded; Hueth then followed with a two-run double to close out the scoring for SJU; Cincinnati would add one more in the bottom of the eighth to set the final margin.
