Serra Extends Win Streak to Three

MIDDLEBURY, Conn. – Oscar Serra won his third consecutive singles match in the USciences men's tennis team's loss at Post on Sunday afternoon. 

Serra improved to a team-best 6-3 on the season, including 3-1 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) play, with a straight-sets victory, 7-5, 6-4, at the first flight. 

Eli Gan-Dy nearly improved to 3-1 in the CACC as well, falling short in a third-set super-tiebreaker, 5-10, after a 6-4 second-set win. 

Gan-Dy also battled in doubles play with partner Heimraj Resaul, with the two being narrowly defeated, 4-6, at the third flight.  

University of the Sciences is back on the road on Wednesday, traveling to city-rival Jefferson for a 2:30 p.m. first serve.
