The Saint Joseph's softball team caps non-conference play this Saturday as the Hawks travel to Connecticut to take on the Huskies in a doubleheader starting at noon.

About Saint Joseph's (19-20 Overall)
• The Hawks are coming off a 4-3 win at Lehigh on Wednesday as Madison Fife connected on her team-leading sixth home run, while Kaelin Cash delivered the game-winning RBI in the top of the seventh.
• Jordan Hinkle continues to pace the Hawks in batting average (.333) and stolen bases (18), while Fife has driven in a team-leading 21 RBI to go with six home runs.
• In the circle, Emily Siler picked up the win over Lehigh to improve to 10-11 on the season, and has posted a team-best 2.97 ERA and 76 strike outs over 115.1 innings.

About Connecticut (33-14 Overall)
• The Huskies enter Saturday on a six-game win streak, with a 5-1 win over Boston College in a single-game matchup on Wednesday.
• Offensively, Briana Marcelino is hitting a team-high .384 and leads the Huskies in runs (44), hits (61), doubles (12), home runs (nine) and RBI (41).
• As a staff, UConn's pitchers enter Saturday with a 2.97 ERA, with Elise Sokolsky (19-4) leading the way in ERA (2.36) and strike outs (152).
