The Saint Joseph's women's soccer team had its four-game unbeaten streak snapped on Sunday as the Hawks fell to La Salle, 2-0, at Sweeney Field.
How It Happened
• La Salle appeared to jump out to a 1-0 lead in the eighth minute, but the Explorers were called for offsides on the play.
• The Hawks and Explorers entered halftime tied at 0-0.
• A miscue by Saint Joseph's led to a La Salle goal off a corner kick to make it 1-0 in just under four minutes into the second half.
• The Explorers' Ricshya Walker added an insurance goal in the 73rd minute.
